Homewood sixth formers ready to grow thanks to Lion’s support

Students from Homewood Sixth Form Centre and local primary school children will soon be enjoying a new school garden in which they can grow their own veg, thanks to the generous support of the Tenterden Lions Club.

Small Animal Centre Opening

Homewood School Farm’s new small animal care education centre, built with National Lottery funding, welcomed in its first visitors on Wednesday 19 September 2018 after an official opening ceremony.

Stagecoach -YP Travel Pass and 16+ Travel Pass

Kent County Council Young Person’s Travel Pass and 16+Travel Cards are now accepted on all Stagecoach bus journeys in Kent (and on Stagecoach journeys that start or finish in Kent) at all times, including evenings, weekends and during school holidays.

Love RupertBear X fundraising

Well done to Lucy from Year 8 who sang a solo from the Wizard of Oz to open the ‘Love RupertBear X’ fundraising in Tenterden at the weekend. Homewood School donated the Dorothy costume and constructed the rainbow set.
