Tenterden Schools Trust – IT Helpdesk Manager
Salary: NJC Scale 5, Points 7-11, £22,183- £24,491
37 hours per week
We seek a highly motivated and hardworking IT technician able to manage the Trust’s ICT Helpdesk and device Fault system. They will be part of a team of staff enabling IT across our busy Trust and supporting the work of the Service Centre.
The successful candidate will be organised and will have excellent IT skills and hardware repair knowledge; they will have the ability to inspire others, be decisive and ensure impact. They will be responsible for dealing with queries from staff and students, ensuring that helpdesk queries are dealt with expediently to ensure the continuity of teaching and learning within the Trust.
