Intervention Officer – 15 hours per week

15 hours per week (2 days), term time only

Actual Salary: £7,667 – £8,465

The successful candidate will work with students who require additional interventions primarily around behaviour. They will work with Assistant Head of Discovery College ensuring behaviour for learning in Year 7 and 8 is of the highest standard. The role will also involve managing intervention programmes and supporting individuals and groups of students with welfare issues, where required. There may also be a requirement for the Intervention Officer to work with other schools in the Tenterden Schools Trust.

Applicants should have experience working with children. They should have the ability to inspire others, be decisive and ensure impact. A capacity for sustained hard work is vital.
